To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

 

How do I return an item?

  • 1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'.
  • 2. Follow the instructions and select the item/s you wish to return.
  • 3. You will receive a confirmation email of your return, followed by a further email containing a postage label and shipping guidance.
  • 4. If you would like to return in-store then please see seperate instructions of how to do so later on this page.

 

What items can I return?

You can return any item/s but this must be within 30-days of receipt. Items must be:
  • 1. In their original condition and in no way damaged or altered.
  • 2. Handbags and other designer goods must be returned with the security tag still attached.
  • 3. Returned with the packing slip and in the original packaging.
  • 4. If you are attempting to retun an item/s that has passed it's 30-days refund period then please email us at: sales@pickwickjewellers.co.uk 

 

Are there any charges for returning an item?

  • 1. There are no charges to you for returning item/s.
  • 2.  Postage fees already paid by you to recieve an order are non-refunable.

 

 

Can I return an online order in my local Pickwick branch?

  • 1. Yes you can. A list of our branches can be found at - https://pickwickjewellers.co.uk/pages/contact-us
  • 2. Simply fill in the returns form above and at the 'additional notes' section, tell us which Pickwick branch you would like to return your item to.
  • 3. Upon completing the returns form, you will receive a confirmation email of your return, followed by a further email with additional guidance.
 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • 1. Upon receipt of your returned item/s you will recieve a confirmation email. Once the item has been inspected, and assuming everything is in order your refund will be processed. You will then receive notification of the approval of your refund.
  • 2. Once you receive approval, your refund will be made, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which will usually be received by you within 10 working days.
  • 3. In the unlikely event that your refund is declined, we will contact you to discuss the matter.
